Who We Are
Indiana Pilots Club, Inc. is a non-profit corporation whose principal offices are located in Kokomo, Indiana. Our airplanes are based at Kokomo, Glenndale and Sheridan airports. The Club exists so that its members can enjoy the benefits of flying aircraft owned and/or operated by the club for the exclusive use by its members.
Check Out These Club Benefits
-
Waiver of subrogation insurance: In the event a Club aircraft is damaged while in your possession, our insurance company has agreed it will not hold you liable for the damage beyond the airplane's insurance deductible. While we recommend it, we do not require non-owned insurance.
-
We bring it to you: We will move any of our airplanes to the airport of your choice. You will be charged for the hobbs time required to move the airplane. There is no minimum flight time required, and no charge for the pilot moving the airplane.
-
Pilot Supplies: As a member of the Pilots Club, you will have access to Flitestuff Pilot Supplies. Only club members receive discounts off our already low prices, featuring ASA products.
-
Loaner Equipment: We are more than happy to loan you the club’s headsets free of charge. We want every one of your flights to be as easy and enjoyable as possible.
-
"The FLYER": Periodically, we publish a newsletter called "The FLYER" which lists our upcoming events, special deals, items of interest, and everything having to do with the aircraft locations, prices, and availability.
-
Discounts on Fuel and Oil: Membership entitles you to receive a discounted price on all fuel and oil purchases at Glenndale Airport..

Make $100: Introduce someone to flying at the same time! We give each regular member $100 credit for each new regular member that they get to join.

Club Memberships
We offer two types of memberships to everyone; Regular and Associate. The Regular membership is designed to meet the needs of the active pilot by offering lower rates, access to various discount plans as well as discounts on instruction and pilot supplies. The Associate membership is designed for the less active pilot, or the pilot who owns his or her own airplane. The Associate member receives all of the same benefits as the Regular member but has to pay more per hour on aircraft and instructors.
A third membership type, Flying Squirrel, is designed for young people ages 14-18 who are interested in aviation. This membership offers special discounts on flight instruction and certain aircraft beyond our Regular membership type.
